When personalizing an item, please enter the name EXACTLY as you would like them to appear. If you would like the name to be embroidered in all capital letters, please enter the name in all capital letters (i.e. EMMA). If you would like only the first letter of the name capitalized, enter the name as such (i.e. Emma). We will embroider exactly what is typed in the box.

Monogramming:

Traditionally, a monogram has the first name initial on the left, the last name initial in the center, and the middle name initial on the right with the center initial being slightly larger than the other two initials. Example: the name Emma Jane Smith would be monogrammed ESJ.   

Shipping:

Please allow 2 weeks for all personalized items and 1 week for non- personalized items. 

Return Policy:

Dear Customer, personalized items may not be returned. All non-personalized items can be returned within 15 days. Item must be in resalable condition unless the non-personalized item is defective. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
