Return Policy
At JustForGirlyGirls we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
We are able to exchange, provide a store credit or refund if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. However, the following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:
**This includes special orders, personalized items, monogrammed items, dated items, furniture and other select items.**
Please pay close attention to ordering instructions and return policies in each product. When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. JustForGirlyGirls will accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items if returned and recieved within 15 days from the orginal order date. Items postmarked after the 15 days will not be accepted for return. All items must be in new, unused condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please submit all return requests by email to customerservice@justforgirlygirls.com
When contacting customer service please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging along with the orginal order invoice or packing slip, reason for return and shipped to:

Any packages sent to JustForGirlyGirls without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than 15 days will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.
If your return qualifies, you will receive an exchange, store credit or refund for returned items. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. ****Please note that Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.
Custom and/or Personalized Items: Items that are custom made or personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 7 days of receipt of your order. JustForGirlyGirls will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of JustForGirlyGirls, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information JustForGirlyGirls received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a similar item will be substituted.
Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from JustForGirlyGirls that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, JustForGirlyGirls will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. You may be required to submit proof of defective/damaged product.
Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. JustForGirlyGirls will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 5 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.
Non-returnable: All furniture, special orders, personalized, dated and monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final on these items unless defective or damaged during shipment. Return requests submitted after 15 days from orginal order will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after 15 days from the original order will not be accepted as returned.
Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts customerservice@justforgirlygirls.com. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. JustForGirlyGirls reserves the right to deny any return.
Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
Please contact JustForGirlyGirls at customerservice@justforgirlygirls.com within 24 hrs of placing order to request a cancellation, change or modification. If the order has already been shipped than the customer will be responsible for returning the item and the normal return and or exchange policy will apply. If we are able to cancel the order before it goes into production you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.00.
